I am mother to two angels. A three year old girl who i lovingly call Kunjamma ( means little one in tamil – thats the first thing i addressed her as when i saw her cause she was so so tiny ) AND another little baby girl just newly born. I enjoy just being there for them to do whatever it is they want to do, loving every crazy moment spent together. Left my job but am a stay at home working mum and i find the best part about parenting is that it lets me happily relive my childhood
.We are in Malaysia, far away from Bombay, India and far from all our loved ones spread across the globe,and i miss having family and friends around. Especially miss the love, attention, and pampering my children could have enjoyed if we were there. This blog is hopefully going to record and share at least some of their many wild doings and celebrate there growing years with our loved ones and everyone else who cant deal in any other way with kids, but to love them
)
Kunjamma’s short form is kunju and my dearest husband is going to be referred to as Bridge here. I am of course Kunju’s ( proud ) mom
) Since i have not really blogged about the newest addition too much, i still need to figure a blog name for her
)
I belong to the film and tv world so there will be occasional blogs about movies, film making, and the likes of it. There will also be random stuff that i ponder about
If there’s anything at all, you can reach me at mykunjamma@gmail.com
Very Good work with the script.
And for the record, Kunjamma, as a part of growing up, will know that despite the distance, the family stayed in touch.
There are so many little events which we just pass by undocumented. If I could, I would write about Kabir gripping my finger on the day he was born. Actually all kids do that (since I have tried to do it with almost all of them) but just not felt the way it felt on August 24, 2006 when Kabir was born. Since then, first sprinkle on me, his first food bite, first step on the eve of his first birthday, his first greeting “Sa’Sri Akaal”, his first song “Maujaan hi Maujaan” , have all been events which I would almost forget unrecorded.
Cheers to you for so working hard for your daughter, working-mom.
thx Rahul
) I understand every bit of you are saying .. as much as we would want, its impossible to document every little of their wonderful nuances.. how can i ever capture that roguish look, that impromptu hug, that exhibition of an adrenaline rush through her ever changing expressions, that sudden fall on the ground pretending to be asleep and then being thrilled for nothing at all.. the delight she gets just out of screaming for papaaaaa even when he is away at work… aah..the endless list will never cease to amaze me.. its something one can only feel and relish only being around with them… this blog is just an honest attempt to encapsulate at least some of her craze. Big bear hugs to little Kabir and Sa Sri kaal to all at home
